tcogen
tcogen computes the total cost of ownership of a car, appliance or device over N years: NPV, cost per km/page/kWh, crossover month and break-even usage, with dated sources and uncertainty ranges.
Numbers come from the tcogen engine: category packs with regional defaults for Ukraine (incl. Kyiv) and Germany — purchase, energy and fuel prices, consumables by rated yield, maintenance schedules, taxes and levies, insurance as a market range, resale by depreciation curve — discounted to NPV. Defaults carry a source, date and verify flag; prices are typical, not offers.
